Interview
Scheduling the interview started with last minute rescheduling. I asked the recruiter if this interview was a screening or an interview, and they said interview but in fact was a screening. At the interview, after a short intro, they jumped around listing off the executive leadership but half have no title other than "cofounder."
Couldn't answer my questions much beyond that, like reporting structure, types of projects, size of projects, what the day or week looks like, which is fine for a recruiter. Then I turned it over to ask me their questions, and the only question was about my current position. No follow up questions. A 45 minute interview was over in 25 minutes. It felt like pulling teeth to keep the interview going.
