Interview was easy get back to your quite quickly I then had to go into a room with other candidates we all signed our contracts with the company that was supposed to be it, onboarding wasn’t as seamless as you learnt on the job

Pretty typical retail interview process. I went to the store for the screening interview where the department and assistant managers went over my CV, relevant experience etc. asking questions. Then they explained how they work, team structure, salary, benefits etc.

They asked whether I wanted to proceed with a trial shift where they could see how I work & if I am a good fit for their team.

Interview
It was a an easy procees with a lot of quick questions. General questions about sales, experience, study, The meeting is about 20 minutes in a cosy atmosphere. If you have good english you will pass it.
