What would you do if you at the same time have people at the till, some other customer is calling you and the phone is ringing?
first it was a group interview with at least 30 other people, it was fun interactive and a way to display skills and personality, then it was individual interviews where they gauge if you fit for job
The interview went smoothly overall. The manager created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere—she was very friendly and maintained a positive tone throughout our conversation. She asked a couple of questions related to design, focusing on my approach to problem-solving, user experience, and how I handle design feedback. It felt more like a discussion than a formal interview, which made it easier to express my thoughts and experiences. Overall, it was a pleasant and engaging conversation.
