The Steps of the interview process were:
1- Initial screening interview.
2- First interview online. (a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager.)
3- second interview online.
4- third interview online.
5- the decision.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zara (Makati City) in Aug 2024
Interview
Face-to-Face interview and you'll be doing a test either before or after the interview. The HR was friendly and the air didn't feel suffocating. The test itself isn't that difficult (altho I'm not sure how well I did anyway) it's more on logical reasoning and context analysis. The interview questions itself were just the basic common questions and one question that basically asked how would you increase exposure to their brand.
