Applied online and interview via an agency. It was during their sales period where they needed extra hands. Process was fast and the agent was helpful. Interview was done through phone call.
Had a phone interview with one of the managers briefly asking questions like 'tell me about yourself and then invited for a f2f interview with a store manager for a pretty chill casual interview
Easy, really simple questions about yourself, more like a chat with a colleague than an interview. Might ask questions about yourself CV or previous retail shop floor experience. That’s all really.
