it was a group interview and there were 20 people in my session. they started with an icebreaker where you have to talk to the person next to you and find 2 things in common and after that you have to tell them your retail superpower, something like adaptability, multi-tasking and so on, and end it with an hashtag, something like hashtag positivity. make sure you add like a couple of line as to why you chose this but don't make it too long just keep it short. after this they introduced the company, about themselves (the interviewers) and there was two group work to do. one was explaining a situation where a customer goes into a shop and you have to come up with a mind map of what challenges the customer will go through and what you can do to improve their experience. the next task was to prioritise situations. they will give you 5 different situations and you have to prioritise them, 1 being the most prioritised thing and 5 being the least. both group activities was done in a group of 5 members. and that was it. no one on one or individual questions.
