Interview
ZTPL is one of the best technical companies in New Delhi therefore, the interview process at ZTPL is quite difficult as they only hire the main cream of the IT industry. Although I found the interview process quite interesting as they make you feel very comfortable during the entire process.

Question 1
The entire interview was based on the OOP's concept and CakePHP framework. They just check your basis and intelligence/IQ Levels for the programmer level positions.
