Coding test followed by 2 round of interview. 1st with existing employee 2nd with senior folk of company like founder Coding test was of medium difficulty 1st round was Focused on basic java question and mostly on Algorithm . different approach to solve a problem and tackle time complexity. 2nd round was mostly on over-all technical knowledge. No offer released as compensation was issue. Why schedule interview when compensation demanded was a issue??
