Interview
There were several phone and video interviews and long delays in the process. The HR contact would sometimes change during the process but overall it was a thorough process. Interviews were with various team members across the org - even outside of the role I was interviewing for.
It was a Presentation Style Interview. Candidates were responsible to prepare two presentations of 20-25 minutes each. The topic was a design problem and questions were asked based on the candidate's solution,
