I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zee TV (Mumbai) in Dec 2015
Interview
Started with GD followed by a case discussion and two rounds of interviews.
In the GD itself we got an idea about company and what they are looking for. GD topic was Indian economy and BRICS. people made irrelevant points like china's single child policy( which is no longer existing) selected and people added valuable insights to the process are eliminated.
In the end we found out that look matters most in ZEE than your clarity of taught.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zee TV (Arlington, TX)
Interview
Very direct and engaging. They will have you meet with every single head of each department and department colleagues both in the US and India as well as the group's Chairman. Indian lunch with top management is de riguer! Definitely an exciting process during which you must shine as clever and hardworking.
