Interview
First stage with HR. The usual generic questions testing relevant experience and motivation for the job. The second interview is more technical with the hiring manager. This tests more the technical experience relevant to the role. Then there is the technical test which is based on a real-world problem in the field of insurance. It is a take-it-home exercise in Python. Then there is the technical call going over and explaining the technical task and approach taken.

What is your experience relevant to the role? Which programming language do you use and how many years of experience do you have?
First round half an hour interview followed by presentation of a case study. You are given a task with a series of follow up questions during the interview.

Interview
I had an initial interview with the Lead Data Scientist about a role in their team. The conversation was good and we discussed about the role, my experience and they answered my questions about it.
