The 1st round interview was supposed to have for 1 hour as per schedule arranged by HR. But the actual one went about 30 mins. And surprisingly the whole conversation went only to explain their company and projects. Asking about my work. No technical questions. The result is not selected. I am surprised on what basis they rejected. It could be due to Healthcare domain which I never worked. But HR should scan and see whether the profile matching the job role. Anyhow, bad impression created with zelis. Recommendation: pls provide detailed feedback on why it was rejected. That would help candidate as he/she spent some valuable time for interview.
