The staff that I met were very personable and friendly. The CEO had a strong understanding of what he wanted and what their company had to offer. However, when I was questioned by the programmer I generally felt far over qualified for the position. When I had experience in what he was asking I could immediately answer the question fully without having to do any written work, when I did not know the answer to a question it was simply because I knew nothing of the topic whatsoever. It was a short interview, and they did not seem well prepared.
