Several parts of the process. Multiple phone screens followed by a 2-part interview consisting of a technical and cultural section. Technical took about 45 minutes and then similar again for the cultural part.

Welcoming and a very pleasant experience. Having it all in the office over a few hours made it very personal while also reducing time and stress of online stages. Also gave us a chance to see the office and engage with not only the employees but our potential colleagues. Loved it.
