I got a call from the Zen & Art recruiter directly in 1st week of March 2024 and he explained the recruitment process ( 2 Technical Interviews (Including a client round) and 1 HR discussion) he processed my profile and the next week interview was scheduled and the next day I got positive feedback. Then next week again scheduled a technical interview from Zen & Art itself and again cleared the technical round. Then The HR round was scheduled and asked about my expectations but he did not meet my expectations after discussion I agreed to go with the Offered amount whereas while processing my profile recruiter mentioned that the project budget is open for discussion. I waited for the offer letter for 1 month after I called HR for the update. He said you will have to give the Client round also so that you won't feel like you don't have a project and once the client is shortlisted your profile we will release an offer letter to you. date was around( 18th April 2024) after a month recruiter scheduled a client round with Morgan Stanley. I cleared the first technical interview with Morgan Stanley. Again They scheduled a technical interview with another person from Morgan Stanley and I cleared that round too. I thought I had given enough technical (4 technical rounds) rounds here as of now (28 April 2024) but as usual, there were a few more rounds and now I have to give in person at Morgan Stanley Office Bangalore. Meanwhile, Zen & Art HR committed to me offer the amount, I will offer you if client is shortlisting you in this round. The next day on Monday I visited the Morgan Stanley Office, I thought there would be a general discussion because the client had taken 2 technical rounds but no again there was a twist in the story. Again Morgan Stanley Peoples started with a technical discussion and it went around 40-45 min once one interviewer was done with the interview. Again manager came into the meeting room and she started with technical questions like project architecture and other tech questions on java, Kafka, etc. After 2 technical interviews, I left the Morgan Stanley office. After 2-3 days I got positive feedback, now the date was around 2-3 May 2024. Zen & Art HR informed me that we would release the offer letter by tomorrow but I did not receive the offer letter the next day. When I called him, he said there is some final approval is pending once we will get it we will release the offer letter, and my last working day(7th May 2024) was in the next two days. on 5th May HR called me and said if you have another offer please don't decline them as of now and he vanished from the world. So this is how Zen & Art wasted my time from the first week of March to the 7th of May 2024 and took 6 technical interviews and did not release the offer letter. Overall very poor Company.

Got to know about the opportunity from a friend. Mailed my resume and got the call within 24 hours for a personal interview. Attended the interview next day and had an offer in my mail box in 24 hours. Negotiated and accepted the new offer in 2 days.
