Had a first screening call with recruiter, then a 30 min interview with SDR manager. Super bland interview, cared more about graduation rather than experience.
But what we all came for is expected KPIs
70 cold calls per day, find your own leads, and about 20 meeting a qtr which seems low but must be hard to obtain with that many calls. Product seemed solid but there is a lot of competition.
Overall super simple interview but seemed like a lot of work for the pay and 5 days a week in office seems like a lot. Most companies are doing hybrid 3days
