phone interview. no formal interview. They would not tell you about actual duties at work.
All they care if you meet basic requirements and they can charge the client when you present on site.
Wasn't much of an interview. They asked me a bit about my experience and then checked that my clearance was active before immediately giving me an offer. They told me it would take only a month or two for the clearance crossover but then retracted the offer claiming it was taking too long (despite the fact that I've worked for other government customers that had much more invasive background checks and caveat requirements with no issue). If you accept an offer have a backup plan lined up.
