During the pandemic Covid 19, you will have a zoom interview with HR. After you past the first interview you will need to go through an assessment which Quite tough if you don’t have any idea what kind of questions will u need to answer. At first i was thought i need to answer it in PC or laptop at the office. But there’s one time keeper who will brief and explain about each section. so basically the assessment consist of 3 section. 1 is for IQ test where theres a plenty of symbol and shape which quite tricky from easy to hard. It test your decision making and concentration. 2nd is Math test which consist of 6-10 questions and you’re not allowed to use calculator at all. So the time keeper right in front of me and it’s lil bit nervous as she will look at me while I’m answering the questions. Last but not least is Personality Traits also about 80q so the time keeper left you to answer all. So as advice just give the positive answer. Until now I’m still waiting for the result IV as they say waiting time for the result is about 2-3 weeks
