There is a Recruiter interview first - then you meet with a Manager - after that, there is an Assignment: there were a few steps in the interview process. Pretty straightforward and they are scheduled in advance.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zensurance (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-organized and moved quickly, which I really liked!
First step is a phone interview with HR. First, they asked technologies that I'm familiar with and then they also explained the role and team in detail.
Second step is a take-home assignment. It's about building a full stack app.
Third step is meeting with the team manager and tech lead. It starts with behavioural questions followed by the assignment review. At the end of the interview, I had time to ask questions about anything I was curious about.
The next step is the offer.
The whole process took about 2 weeks. I love how fast it was done! Communication was clear and consistent throughout and they also let me know what the next step would be. In every interview, I felt a great vibe from the people I met and it was an absolutely great experience!
