I interviewed at Zerin Business Consulting (McLean, VA) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied online and process took two days. Questions were simple but I was surprised that so many candidates were waiting for interview and I guess it was a door to door sale. I asked directly to the hiring manager but he did not give me proper response and said It is a part of management.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Zerin Business Consulting (Arlington, VA)
Interview
I received a call from Zerin despite not having actually applied to the position. They must have seen my resume posted and given me a cold call about it, which as it turns out, is something they regularly do. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly, and I went in for the round 1 interview at their office. The interview was pretty straight forward in terms of questions they asked, and overall was a very "meet and greet approach." The people I talked to were friendly, although all of the information they gave was pretty vague regarding the exact role of the job.
Later I got a call saying I had made it to the second round. That is when I decided to do some real digging, and see what Zerin, and the Junior Executive position was all about. Based on the reviews of Glassdoor, and a number of other sources it became clear that the position was completely sales related, and furthermore required going door to door to get those sales. I will say that I was never directly lied to at any point by their employees, unlike other reviewers, however I do admit that I never asked them very direct question about the exact duties of the position. They had indicated that this would be discussed during the round 2 interview.
After reading the reviews I decided to decline seeing them a second time. Even if only a fraction of what other folks had said was true I could tell that I had no interest in the job. My advice to anyone looking into applying would be to ask very direct, firm questions about the nature of the job, pay and benefits. Request that they describe the daily activities of a Junior Executive, and walk you through what they spend their time doing.
We are so sorry for your confusion! We actually don't do residential sales, we only work with business clientele in the DMV area. We agree with you, we welcome direct questions especially when it comes to candidates and value integrity over anything else. Please call Human Resources at (703) 893-2000 for additional questions, we take your feedback very seriously. Best of luck!

My first interview is an office and was quite quick, while the second one was with client wherein we basically had a quick Q&A then afterwards we talked about the pay and work expectation.
