The process includes 4-5 interviews with different people and after that they asked 3 references (including the CEO of the previous company). At the end, they sent me a SIGNED OFFER. Selecting the signed offer from Zero (now HPE) was a huge mistake. A few days before the starting date, they canceled it. By selecting their offer I did a huge mistake since I gave a negative answer to all other companies. Don't make my mistake.
