During a technical viva with multiple candidates, the interviewers behaved unprofessionally by frequently taking personal calls, showing lack of attention, and even asking candidates to share their mobile numbers to receive OTPs for their own gas agency work, which was inappropriate.

The hiring process needs improvement as it may result in losing strong candidates. The overall process is not well structured and could be more efficient and candidate-friendly. Additionally, interviewers should be better trained on how to conduct effective and professional interviews. A more organized and well-managed hiring process would help attract and retain good candidates.
