First, you need to solve logical tests.
Once you get to the actual interviews you'll see they are rather nice talks than strict questions and answer about the group's area.
You talk to HR and to several hiring managers. Sometimes you get one extra round of interview so they can decide.

I first talked with a recruiter and then secondly the hiring manager. The process went on for 7 weeks. I did not hear a word after the second interview for 5 weeks even though i tried to receive an update. Recruitment process went on for too long without an update.
