I applied through other source. I interviewed at Zeus Jones in Aug 2022
Interview
I had the weirdest experience. Someone from their leadership found me on Linkedin and invited me for an informal conversation. I agreed and they set up a chat with an employee that talked me into applying for a producer position. I wasn't sure if that is what I wanted, so I did not apply immediately, but they continued to message me on Linkedin and insisted that I talk to more people at the company. I had one more informal conversation with another employee and right after that, they followed up and encouraged me to apply for the position. They said I could even have a third conversation with them if I wasn't sure. I felt they had at least a little interest in me after that and I applied to the job. They invited me for an interview with two other people after that and then COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME after this interview. I sent thank you notes and followed up with their HR twice after that and NEVER HEARD BACK. This was so rude, especially because they kept messaging me for weeks before that and never had the honesty of saying... "hum... my bad, you are not a fit." Which would have been totally fine. I think that says a lot about the way a company sees people.
I was contacted via LinkedIn, and joined a call with two team members to learn more about the organization, and discuss my experience. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional.
