Overall, disorganized and drawn out process. The interview process took over 2 months with 5 rounds, which I believed was excessive for an associate role. Each step took 1-2 weeks. After reaching the final round, I was rejected ‘in favor of another candidate’ - only to see the job reposted shortly after.
