Interview
I had a phone interview with the CFO (lasted 30 min roughly); he then asked me to come in for a sit down interview. I was then asked a series of questions: everything from past employment situations, history, to questions that were about me and why I felt I was a good match, and then an additional person entered (CEO) With additional questions-- then I was asked a few more questions pertaining to the specific position and what it would entail, which I knew at that point I was going to be offered the job. I was then offered the position on the spot and accepted - started the following Monday.

Easy and structural and manager is ok good place to start a job so give a try at least. I would recommend it for any beginners! It is one of largest medical device company in the word
good asked questions about handing previous customer inquiries, previous experience handing calls asked questions about previous work history, relayed company history, how do you like working in teams available for weekends hours of operation
They have great recruiting staff to start with a phone interview with you and then set you up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview, you could have a face to face interview. The process was very transparent.
