Interview
pathetic at best. The recruiting company cannot keep their records straight. I got an email that said I was rejected for the position and then a week later I got a job offer. Interviewers are over worked and unprepared. They walk into interview with only giving my resume 10 minutes of review. I was asked more about my history rather what I can do to help the organization.

One call with HR representative, 3 separated video interviews with 3 different managers and finally, one last meeting on site to visit the office and facilities. The answer came on a call.
First call with external human resource staff for availability and first screening of experience and skills. Then, formal interview. Usual interviews with human resources and technical manager. Enjoyed my interview time. Very laid back but informative. Really liked the hiring manager, engineering manager, team was fantastic. Very welcoming and friendly to me when I visited. Some team members were quirky, but they were kind.
