The interview was straightforward no real surprises. The surprise was after 3 weeks & 2 follow up emails I'm told that the job wasn't ever approved by corporate & wasn't open. They'd decided on hiring a temp. Why advertise & interview people for a job that's not really open? Waste of time and effort.

The first interview is over the phone, when you make it past the phone interview you will have a formal face to face interview first with the hiring manager and them with the rest of the team.
