The manager and the HR interterviewed me in separate moments. Because my manager and mainly the director came to Brazil and it had some cultural/shock conflict. Since the company is multicultural, and someone is visiting your country... they should at least know a little bit of their culture, values, traditions and even their work laws. But northamericans only saw Brazil as a way to sell products and ignore the staff.
