Interview
A few interviews and a field ride. Met with both the managers and the team I would be working with before they extended an offer. Interviewers are interested in sales experience and relationship building
The first interview was with HR over the phone and just went over resume. The second interview was also on the phone and very casual interview that didn't ask too many detailed questions.
Lengthy process and lack of communication fosters a sense that they are looking for someone better. 5 interviews and then they say there’s an internal candidate with way less experience
