After that, I was moved forward to a virtual interview with hiring managers. The final interview included a roleplay scenario and behavioral questions connected to Zocdoc’s values and expectations for the role. The recruiter provided excellent preparation materials, including an interview guide, role details, schedule expectations, metrics information, STAR method tips, and clear guidance on what to expect. Overall, the process was smooth, thoughtful, and candidate-friendly.
