Very relaxed interview process the managers in the meeting were just awesome. They made me feel right at home and made the whole interview flow naturally with no awkward breaks.
Three rounds of interviews with heavy competency based questions. Felt like job description did not match what they were exactly looking for in interview process. Interviewee seemed like they were only interested in you if you could answer 1-2 skill-based questions.

Had a phone interview. The job description said “0-1 years experience”. The interviewer pulled up the wrong resume. He then told me that I wouldn’t be selected because I didn’t have an internship.
