Phone interview with the hiring manager went awkward and were basic questions on background. Felt the that hiring manager likely did not have prior experience interviewing and screening candidates. Did not feel confident the phone screen went well, however a couple weeks later I heard back from them asking me to come in for an in-person interview. Interviewed with the same hiring manager and a developer, starting with basic questions on background. They then did a late 90's style type tech interview asking brain teaser questions and how you would test an object in the room. After that it was an additional 2 on 1 interview, presumably to determine culture fit. My perception was that things went well, but afterwards the company and recruiter gave no courtesy in responding to mails or following up to even say that they were not going to extend an offer - just radio silence.
