I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zone Marketing (Grand Rapids, MI) in Aug 2015

      Interview

It is a straight forward 3 step process, they laid everything out in Detail for me, and made sure I knew exactly what I would be doing if accepted. I was really impressed by their professionalism and how they were always positive and smiling! The energy in the office is very apparent, and is refreshing to see, because you don't see it that often.

      Interview

It's a 3 step process that is very informative as well as structured. It all had a system to i5 and was black and white described to me. This was one of the smoothest interviews I've had in a while!:)

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zone Marketing in Jan 2015

      Interview

Everything was pretty straight forward. I saw a job posting on CareerBuilder and submitted my resume. They contacted me and I went in for a 20 minute interview with Scott. He gave a breakdown of the company. He told me about entry level responsibilities in regards to sales and asked if I was willing to go through sales. The second round Interview involved shadowing Chris who is an account manager at the company. I watched some basic sales presentations and got a basic understanding of the entry level position. He broke down the specifics of each position. The third round interview was conducted at the office with Scott. He asked me a lot about my past experiences and challenges I've had to overcome. The entire process was very laid back and I really felt like I was able to be myself with these guys.
