Was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Was asked to submit my resume and then less than 24 hours later what times I was available to interview. Then nothing for almost 3 weeks. I had to follow up with them. I get interview 1 it went well, then nothing again. So I do a follow up and I am informed that they would not be moving forward with me and that the position was filled by another applicant that previously worked for the company. Same postion posts again on LinkedIn a week later. I attempt to apply and their website won't letvme since I previously applied. I reach out to the recruiter who states, remind you this is less than 24 hours after the job is posted, " the position you applied for is down to 2 candidates and you cannot apply again because you previously were not accepted for the role". What? I honestly would never apply with this company ever again, or recommend anyone applying with them at all if the unprofessionalism is like this before you are even hired.
