I liked talking to the recruiter, but the experience after that was kind of pathetic for a modern tech company. The recruiter had me apply to a general job link (even though I had originally been contacted via LinkedIn). After I did that, I let him know I had applied and thanked him for meeting with me... Radio silence. A week later, I followed up. The recruiter got back to me and said he had sent my resume to the hiring manager last week and also followed up with him again before he emailed me back. Then. Radio silence. For a month.
Then I got an auto generated "Thanks for your time" type email. During the time between my last contact and their auto email, I received multiple offers and signed one. And took a 2 week vacation from job hunting because I was done. If Zoom wants to stay competitive in today's market, they have a lot of work to do.
