I enjoyed my first call with the hiring manager. We discussed my background and the design process. However, the second round with a PM was the most unpleasant interview experience I've ever had. During the Zoom meeting, he didn't even turn on the camera! Did not show any respect. Furthermore, he had a limited understanding of this role. From our conversation, I could tell he thought they wanted a UI designer instead of a UX designer. It is also important for the interviewer to be trained and prepared. Professionals do not waste time.

The interview process was standard 1. Phone Screen 2. Interview with Hiring Manager I'm assuming there are more steps but this is how far I've got. Each stage had about 10 questions and some of them were repeated.
