I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zoro (Buffalo Grove, IL) in Aug 2014
Interview
HR phone screening, Hiring manager phone screening, on-site twice.
(including one for company tour)
The whole process cost a couple of months
After 1 week I got the offer. If you know someone working there, check with their culture first
The WORST interview process I have ever experienced. A thoughtful interview process does not mean a long one. This was unnecessarily long with no clarity on the overall process/next steps. Final round interview should be the only one in person if any. Five rounds and meeting eight total people in the company is asinine. If you cannot determine your decision after three rounds and meeting 3-5 people then you are definitely not using your time thoughtfully or efficiently. Gave me an awful impression of the company having gone through the interview process. Would not recommend ever applying here.

Interview
Horribly biased interviews. They seemed to have their mind made up before the interview even started. Also, two of the interviewers were on a completely different team and they had no knowledge on what the role would entail and could not answer any questions. The department director seemed completely lost on what KPI’s her team should even be looking at which made her seem like a horrible leader to work under. Also, It seems like people are not happy at this company. Just a vibe I got.
