I first got a phone call to obtain basic information and then we set up a time to do a zoom interview. The interview had around five basic behavioral questions. There was one phone role play scenario. The interview was more of a laid-back style.

Interview
We discussed my work experience, my work rapport with colleagues, action I had taken to resolve an adverse situation with a prospect, and I had mentioned how I deal with procrastinators, which was expected of me to do so. We did also discuss rebuttals to objections.

Interview
After you apply, you will get called in for an interview with one of the enrollment managers and, sometimes, an enrollment advisor. As long as you exude confidence and a willingness to do what it takes to enroll students, you'll be fine.
