Interview
The first step is to email in resume. Once that has been reviewed there is a phone test of the candidate's ability to speak Spanish. If the candidate passes that, they are invited to an on-site interview. This interview starts with team leads, then the manager and HR manager come in and ask whatever they want about behavior, work ethic, and personality.

Interview
I was approached through a great recruiter for this job who arranged for everything. I met with the hiring manager (CFO) first, and we had a good interview, although he did most of the talking, bad-mouthed his employee base, and asked an illegal question about my religion.
The second interview was with the President who deprecated my experience, told me I make too much money, and said that he expects his senior management to work 60-70 hours each week (apparently for less than I was already making)--and asked another illegal question about my age.
I withdrew my application.
