3 days to prepare a panel I worked like crazy ( at least 10 hours to prepare it) and in the end the most of challenges questions was related to technical aspect of the solution.
Lengthy but fair. Prepare to know the solutions and what they solve for. All the leaders seemed extremely friendly and passionate about the solution and what they deliver to their customers. Overall good experience.
Interviewer used MEDDIC and objection handling off the bat and stressed the importance of this in the GTM motion at the company. Interviewer was arrogant and unhelpful overall bad impression of the company and kind of people working there

Initial call with recruiter, very text book questions, did not seem engaged or curious to get to know the actual candidate, very low pay and said lots of hard work which essentially means no work/life balance.
