Group interview, very fun and unique. Had to answer in open ended questions and make an outfit based off an item chosen in the beginning. Very real people and laid back environment.

Very laid back and casual. They will ask you questions to understand your personality to see if you fit in the culture and community. They are looking for people who are good conversationalists, are outgoing, and are able to help create a community.

We did a group interview outside and played a few games that showed how well we could come up with questions and conversations with customers. For example; we lined up and took turns asking different questions to a “pretend” customer. Each question had to be different and we had to be pretty quick.
