Have an interview for a claims specialist position. Had 3 steps of interview - screening, first with hiring manager and third with 2 HM. The whole process took around 4 months.

Situational questions - describe a time when you had multiple deadlines, difficult time at work, made an error an how did you fix it
straight forward interview process. Good and nice interviewer. Even though I didn't get an offer, they at least let me know by email. I would apply again in the future
