There is 2 interviews - First is a generic phone interview with HR. Small chat about past experiences and a bit about yourself. 2nd interview is with the manager in the department you are applying for and the HR specialist. Competency based intervew, easy going enough. It is just a quick chat through your experiences and trying to get a feel for you. The competencies will be mainly based around the customer and how you would react in certain situations.
