Very long interview process ... Interviewers lack knowledge about the industry and have no clear idea about what role they are interviewing for and unable to explain the correct roles and responsibilities

Interview process is a three step process starting from an aptitude test followed by HR round and finally personal interview.
It will take one complete day to get this done based on the availability of the interviewer
