Firstly they had an recruitment drive, where 2 rounds were conducted one technical and other HR (I had already clarified about my salary expectations) , later there was a written test. I got selected in the drive and 2 days later they called me to their office for final interview, and let me tell you it was a horrible experience, interviewer didn't even asked me a single technical question nor even enquired about my professional background, the only question he asked was about my CTC and told me that he will proceed with interview only if I agree to their offered standard increment. If they already knew their was a budget constraint then why in the world did you called me for an interview you could have called me up and asked if I am comfortable with your offer or not. Further, I didn't understand why was technical person concerned about my package, isn't that HR's job to decided. Anyways the interview didn't took place since I didnt agree to HIS terms and also further stated that, it would be a waste of time for him to actually continue with interview, and by saying so he didn't even realised that he had actually wasted my time, by making me travel till Zycus office for nothing.
