I was interviewed twice, once by the recruiter on a phone call and then through Skype by two higher-ups from San Francisco.
It seemed like the recruiter and the interviewers were not in sync. The job posting and what the recruiter had said did not mention that they were technically looking for someone to take on a role of somewhat a lead, yet it came up in the latter interview. This felt like a huge waste of time for me and also made me feel like the interviewers did not read my resume, otherwise, why go through the interview?
Lastly, it felt like they interviewers really didn't know what to ask about, they would ask random questions trying to connect an element of my previous answer to a new question even though it didn't make any sense.
