Interview
Their interview process is pretty standard. First you meet with someone dedicated to find new talent for the company. If that goes OK, for a software engineering role you'll get a take home coding challenge. Then you meet with one or two devs for a further technical meeting. If that goes OK, you get to meet the CTO and a team lead engineer. And if that goes OK you might get an offer from them.
The process for me was very enjoyable really, all of the people I met and talked from the company so far were really nice and professional.

Question 1
In the interviews beside the technical part, you get to talk about yourself, your story as a professional, how you deal with certain situations, what are you looking for professionally etc.
It seems to me that beside making sure you have certain technical knowledge (for an engineering role), they try to assess if you could be a good fit to join the existing team due to your personality and overall attitude.

The entire process was very fast, smooth and clear from the beginning. Great HR approach from the recruiter, great code challenge. Great tech interview with current employees and a 2nd one with the tech lead and CTO.
