multiple rounds of interview mostly technical.. They do not have a proper pattern for interview. They will let junior developer to take last(4th in my case) round interview who will ask interview questions/coding/sql query from internet which they will also not be having clear answer. They will expect you to answer as per their knowledge which seems to be very minimum. They should have experts in the interview panel in all the rounds so that evaluation for a senior role can be done properly, This takes a toll on the credibility of the interview process.
