First, Phone Interview about the overview of the job and what they expect. After 2 weeks, they will inform you if you got shortlisted. Then they will invite for a face to face Interview. Offer came after 6monhths.

Its totally waste of my time. There are 3 interviews. First one with telephone. Second interview is personal meeting with hiring manager. They ask you go directly onsite.Then third interview with other team members. It will be another country. They simply drag you country to country to attend the interviews. The interview process will be 3 months, Finally they will say NO. Its totally waste of time and playing with candidates.
